NamDairies working towards 2029

Namibia Dairies recently concluded the MD’s Roadshow and Persona Forum, led by acting managing director Wynand Oosthuizen and the senior leadership team.

The initiative, held in July, aimed to enhance communication, celebrate achievements and align efforts with Vision 2029, the company's strategic plan for excellence and growth.

The roadshow featured site visits, interactive forums, and team-building activities across multiple locations, allowing direct engagement between leadership and staff. This fostered a shared commitment to quality, performance, and a unified vision for the future. The events highlighted Namibia Dairies' dedication to clear communication, effective performance management, and the importance of having the right team to secure future success.

Each visit included engaging in O&L Persona Forums, trade visits, and hands-on experiences with the senior team, strengthening camaraderie and collaboration. These interactions inspire new initiatives and a renewed sense of purpose throughout the company.

Namibia Dairies maintains high standards in product quality, with rigorous practices in raw milk production and plant operations. The roadshow provided a firsthand look at these practices, emphasising the importance of training, development, and efficient delivery systems. The company remains committed to proactive communication with consumers and customers, ensuring their brands continue to resonate.

Oosthuizen expressed gratitude for the support and enthusiasm shown by employees and stakeholders during the roadshow, emphasising its role in bridging the gap between leadership and staff. He looks forward to making this event an annual tradition to nurture connection, growth, and innovation within the company.
