Albert Moses is a 29-year-old accountant at DHL Namibia whose diverse talents and experiences reflect a unique blend of professionalism and creativity.

Born and raised in the picturesque town of Swakopmund, he was nurtured by a phenomenal mother who instilled in him the values of perseverance, ambition and hard work.

Her unwavering support was the cornerstone of his educational and professional journey.

Moses' academic path began at the University of Namibia, where he earned a diploma in business administration followed by an honour's degree in accounting. His passion for finance emerged early, inspired by his grade nine accounting textbook, which revealed the stories behind numbers and financial statements.

He said this fascination with the "art of understanding and guiding financial narratives" drove him to pursue a career in accounting.

Currently, Moses serves as an accounts payables administrator at DHL Namibia, where he excels in managing and processing invoices, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supporting financial audits.

His role involves the verification of invoices, resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records to support efficient financial operations.

Juggling jobs and passions

In addition to his accounting career, Moses is the founder of Just on Time (JOT), a company dedicated to providing time-saving solutions by undertaking errands for individuals and businesses.

His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to customer service drive this venture, helping clients achieve more with less effort.

Moses creative side also shines through his successful modelling career.

For the past eight years, he has graced runways and photo shoots, merging his professional life with his passion for fashion.

Balancing his roles as an accountant, entrepreneur and model, he embodies the belief that one can pursue diverse passions and inspire others to follow their own multifaceted paths.

Looking ahead, he is keen on embracing emerging trends such as automation, data analytics and sustainability reporting to advance his career and make a meaningful impact in the field.
