“For some people, this might be quite daunting, but for me, it’s really the type of energy that I craved to create for myself,” Kandanga said.

Kandanga’s love for health and wellness comes from her own personal journey with fitness and wellness, which began in 2009. “I have learnt so much and I’ve grown beyond my wildest expectations,” she said.
From a humble start, she used to shuttle her equipment in a taxi to reach her clients .Fast forward a few years, now her business is flourishing while still growing.
