According to Mauritia, the most challenging aspects of her job are the long hours and tight deadlines. She often finds herself working on weekends with very little sleep.
She said in this industry, even the smallest mistake can be costly, sometimes N$100 000 or more. Therefore, paying close attention to every detail is crucial.
"Interior design is one of the occupations where you really need to love what you do and enjoy it. I would recommend it to anyone who has a creative bone," she advised.
