#aznamnews: Gerichtsurteil im Fall PDM gegen Landwirtschaftsminister im September

Richter Orben Sibeya sollte heute ein Urteil in dem von der Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) gegen den Minister für Landwirtschaft, Wasser und Landreform sowie andere Regierungsstellen eingebrachten Antrag fällen. Dieses Urteil wurde jedoch auf den 19. September verschoben.

Der Antrag betrifft etwa 20.000 Hektar Land, auf dem der russische Milliardär Rashid Sardarov plant, eine Gästehausanlage, Marula Lodge, zu entwickeln.

Die PDM behauptet, dass Sardarov Geld an das Ministerium gespendet hat, um Land in der Umgebung von Dordabis zu erwerben, und das Land dann für einen 99-Jahres-Mietvertrag an Sardarovs Unternehmen, Comsar Properties SA, zurückvermietet wurde.
