Berg- und Straßenbauaktivitäten in Tourismusgebiet gestoppt

Interessenträger eines Hegegebiets, die im August erfolgreich eine einstweilige Verfügung gegen Timoteus Mashuna eingereicht hatten, haben nun einen weiteren Erfolg gegen eine andere Bergbaukonzession erlangt. Die verantwortliche Richterin verbot alle an dem Minen-Claim betroffenen Personen oder Unternehmen mit irgendwelche Straßen- oder Bergwerkaktivitäten fortzufahren.
