„Gobabis Agricultural Show” präsentiert prächtige Tiere

Gobabis (fs/sb) • Der Agrimonitor liegt die Allgemeine Zeitung heute bei.

Trotz der Dürre lieferte die Landwirtschaftsausstellung in Gobabis hochwertige Tiere. Die Pferdeshow der „Skai Arabians” war eine erstklassige Darbietung, die Jung und Alt gleichermaßen unterhielt.

Bertus und Ina Calitz von „Jonerus Charolais” räumten bei der Interrassigen-Rindmeisterschaft die Preise ab. Ihre Charolais-Kuh, die bereits sieben Kälber geboren hat, wurde zum Champion der Champions ernannt. Bei den Kleinviehzüchtern wurde ein persischer Schafbock von Bertus und Barbara Pretorius zum Champion der Champions gekürt. Den Wettbewerb der Schlachtochsen, an dem sechs Ochsen teilnahmen, gewann Edith Delport. Des Hart von „Okatjerute Braunvieh” schätzte das Gewicht des Schlachtrindes auf 1,310 kg, was dem tatsächlichen Gewicht von 1,305 kg am nächsten kam. Lesen Sie mehr im Agrimonitor.
