Augetto Graig
The Namibia Youth Energy Forum (NYEF) is set to launch its new Lüderitz chapter on 19 October. The official launch will take place at 09:00 at the Lüderitz Waterfront Old Power Station Auditorium. According to spokesman Andreas Paulus, the event marks a significant step in empowering young Namibians to engage actively in the energy sector, covering oil and gas, hydrogen, and renewable energy. “We invite the youth, media representatives, community members and all stakeholders to join us in this momentous occasion,” he said. As part of the launch festivities, the NYEF delegation will also participate in the Lüderitz Stakeholders Conference from 16 to 17 October, and the team will conduct site visits on 18 October to deepen understanding of the local energy landscape, according to the recent announcement.
