Langer Heinrich donates ambulance

Omaruru residents now have better access to urgent medical care, thanks to the donation of a new ambulance to the Omaruru District Hospital by Langer Heinrich Uranium. The fully fitted ambulance will serve the Omaruru constituency and is valued at approximately N$800 000. The donation was made at a special event last week at the Omaruru District Hospital, where Langer Heinrich Uranium’s managing director, Johan Roux (photo), said the ambulance will provide transport to remote communities, ensuring they can access urgent hospital care. “It is, therefore, such a privilege to be able to make contributions to our community, and it brings us much joy that this donation, in the form of an ambulance, supports the health services in Omaruru and surrounding areas,” Roux said.
