Liberty Life Nam opens new walk-in office
Long term insurance provider Liberty Life Namibia’s new walk-in branch on the ground floor of Maerua Mall in Windhoek opened its doors to the public on Monday.
It will service all members of the public in taking out new policies, servicing of existing policies and all inquiries.
The office was officially inaugurated last Wednesday by Liberty Life Namibia’s exco and the event was attended by staff, members of the media and invited guests.
“At Liberty Life Namibia, we have dedicated ourselves to understanding and meeting the unique needs of our clients,”said Eleanor Sansovini, Liberty Life’s acting managing director.
Commitment
“Our journey has been more than just providing insurance; it's been about building relationships, securing futures, and fostering a sense of security and belonging. Today, as we inaugurate our new branch, we renew our commitment to these values and pledge to bring them closer to our valued customers,” Sansovini added.
“This new branch is a manifestation of our strategic pillar: enhancing the customer experience. We believe in making our services accessible, convenient and tailored to the diverse needs of all Namibians,” she concluded.
