Malunga to head digital transformation at Letshego

Letshego Holdings Namibia has announced the appointment of Tatenda Malunga as its new digital transformation and business support manager. With over 10 years of experience in IT consulting across sectors like government, energy, finance, state-owned enterprises and tourism, Malunga brings extensive expertise in digital transformation strategies, IT consultancy and business analysis.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing club volleyball and running her own jewellery business.

Malunga has a bachelor's degree in business computing (honours) and an informatics master's degree in business analysis from the Namibia University of Science and Technology. Her passion for technology and finance is an anchor to her commitment to implementing digital solutions that benefit both the business and its customers.

"I am thrilled to contribute my skills and experience to drive digital transformation and enhance our business processes at Letshego. My goal is to leverage digital solutions to make banking easier and more convenient for our customers and employees," she said.

Her appointment underscores the Letshego Namibia Group’s dedication to its digital transformation strategy, which aims to optimise internal processes and implement innovative solutions to enhance customer experience. Letshego is one of the leading financial services provider in Namibia, offering a range of micro-lending and banking services through its network of 17 branches across the country.
