Namibia Youth Energy Forum to launch Lüderitz chapter

STAFF REPORTER
The Namibia Youth Energy Forum (NYEF) has announced the official launch of its Lüderitz chapter, scheduled for 09:00 on Saturday, 19 October, at the Lüderitz Waterfront Old Power Station auditorium.

The event marks a significant step in empowering young Namibians to engage actively in the energy sector - covering oil and gas, hydrogen and renewable energy, the forum said in a statement this week.

"We invite the youth, media representatives, community members and all stakeholders to join us in this momentous occasion."

As part of the launch festivities, the NYEF delegation will also participate in the Lüderitz Stakeholders Conference from 16 to 17 October. "Following the conference, our team will conduct site visits on 18 October to deepen our understanding of the local energy landscape," it added.
