Old Mutual Namibia welcomes Ramona Itembu as Group Human Capital Executive
Old Mutual Namibia is pleased to announce the appointment of Ramona Itembu as Group Human Capital Executive, effective 22 November 2024. Ramona brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in human capital management that will be instrumental in furthering Old Mutual Namibia’s mission to be an employer of choice.
Prior to joining Old Mutual, Itembu held key leadership roles at the National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia, where she most recently served as the Acting Executive Human Capital. Over her extensive career, she has demonstrated excellence in talent management, strategic HR leadership, organisational development, employee wellness, and fostering positive industrial relations.
Itembu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Human Resources Management from the University of Namibia and is currently pursuing her Masters in Science in Human Resources Management and Development through Robert Kennedy College in partnership with the University of Salford.
