Trustco Properties gets environmental clearance

Trustco Property Holdings (Pty) Ltd (Trustco Properties), a part of the diverse investment portfolio of Trustco Group Holdings Ltd and a leader in Namibia's industrial land development, announced the third successful renewal of its Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) for the Lafrenz Industrial Township Development. This industrial project boasts a prime location, situated just 7km away from the central business district of Windhoek, on the remaining land of Farm Nubuamis No. 37.
Trustco Properties acquired the 302-hectare parcel in 2004, successfully developing 83 hectares to date into industrially zoned areas known as Lafrenz Extensions 1, 2, and 3. This industrial progress has given rise to a multitude of job opportunities in the short, medium, and long-term, bolstering economic expansion. The remaining 157 hectares, comprising Portion 81, 133, and The Remainder of Portion A, present future industrial development opportunities.
