Winners of the inaugural Moot Court Competition announced

The inaugural Federation of African Law Students (Falas) Moot Court Competition witnessed an exceptional display of legal acumen and advocacy skills from University of Namibia (Unam) law students. The competition took place on 6 October.

Amidst stiff competition, one team emerged victorious, showcasing the true essence of legal excellence. Chief Justice Peter Shivute was the keynote speaker at the event.



U & K Inc. the champions

U & K Inc., consisting of law students Utuapo Tjipetekera and Kariua Mukuahima, representing the respondents, emerged as the champions of the Falas inaugural moot court competition. Their journey was marked by determination, rigorous preparation and a commitment to excellence.

The competition took place in Windhoek at the University of Namibia.
