Quest Tours and Safaris is a transportation and tour company that offers a wide range of services. Established in 2018, the business is passionate about creating youth employment opportunities as well as raising awareness for tourism in Namibia.

"Our fellow youth need to tap into the tourism industry despite it being dominated by the whites; I believe that there is so much potential in tourism," said Fillemon Auene, owner of Quest Tours.

Vision and goals

Quest Tours aims to make life easier for travellers by providing reliable, safe, and comfortable shuttle tours.

"In Namibia, pick a place and we’ll take you there" is the company’s slogan. The company also provides transfer services to corporations for team-building outings.

The establishments' regular clients are mostly German tourists, Americans, and corporates. However, Auene highlights that their services are not limited to these sectors and that anyone in need of the company’s services can reach out.

Services galore

The drivers and guides of Quest Tours and Safaris are well trained. All have received class A first-aid training and are fluent in several languages, including German. Every vehicle owned by the company is outfitted with a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher.

The company offers a wide range of services, such as camping safaris, comprehensive tours, and outbound and inbound transfers. In addition, the company has specialised half-day tours in Windhoek, starting with city and township tours, game drives, carnivore feedings, and visiting San communities.
