Farmer ermordet

Harare - In Simbabwe ist gestern ein weißer Farmer vor den Augen seiner Familie von Dieben erschossen worden.

Der 40-jährige Farmer Charles Anderson war am Vormittag auf sein Anwesen in Glendale, 50 Kilometer außerhalb der Hauptstadt Harare, zurückgekehrt und hatte dort nach Angaben von Augenzeugen vier Männer vorgefunden, die mit Diebesgut fliehen wollten. Sie schossen um sich. Eine Kugel traf Anderson in den Kopf.

Andersons 378 Hektar großes Anwesen sollte nach einer offiziellen Liste der Regierung von Präsident Mugabe einem hochrangigen Beamten im Landwirtschaftsministerium überlassen werden.
