Forklift & Allied Equipment has what you need and is the only company in Namibia that specialises in material handling equipment.

They are the sole agents and distributors for Toyota Industrial Equipment, BT Warehousing Equipment, SMV Container Handling and Port Equipment, Terberg Port and Terminal Equipment, XILIN Pallet Trucks, JCB Teletrucks and Hako Industrial Cleaning Equipment.

Since the establishment of the company it has sold more than 1 500 new and used units.

They currently have a market share of above 65% and offer onsite services that are performed by qualified technicians.

They also invest in training programs to produce more qualified workers.

Their products can be purchased or rented on a long-term basis, and they provide maintenance and service agreements for the equipment they supply. In addition, they also service products at customer sites throughout the country. They stock all genuine spare parts for all their products and stock levels are frequently adjusted to sold models and quantities of models sold.

Forklift & Allied Equipment offers a wide variety of material handling equipment, including 1 to 45-ton engine powered counter-balanced forklifts, 1 to 8.9-ton battery powered counter-balanced forklifts, 1 to 2.5-ton battery powered reach trucks, container handlers and port equipment, various stackers, pallet trucks and order pickers, tyres, forks and attachments, as well as sweepers and scrubbers.

History

The Namibian-based company was started as a family business by Harro Papendieck in April 1990.

Today, the company is still partially operated by the Papendieck family and has grown to new heights.

In September 2006, they extended their operations to the coast and opened a branch in Walvis Bay. A Tsumeb branch was opened in 2016 to provide sales and services to the northern regions. They currently employ more than 60 employees across all their branches.
