Mord in Rundu

Windhoek- Im Zusammenhang mit dem Mord an einen bekannten Geschäftsmann in Rundu, sind am Wochenende drei Männer verhaftet worden. Victor Manuel Teixera wurde am Freitagmorgen durch einen Schuss in die Brust getötet, nachdem er um etwa 2.00 Uhr auf Diebe in seinem Laden aufmerksam wurde. Der 44-Jährige war Besitzer der Engen-Tankstelle in Rundu. Die Einbrecher wollten aus dem Kiosk der Tankstelle Waren stehlen.

Wie die Polizei des Weiteren meldete, ist es am Wochenende zu einem Flugzeugunglück im Caprivi gekommen. Ein kleinerer Flieger schoss gestern um etwa 7.00 auf der Impalila-Insel über die Landebahn hinaus. Die Passagiere, Quinton Henry Sussman, Carrol-Ann Sussmann, Peter Frank und Jane Elisabeth Swaß wurden leicht verletzt.
