Neue Schuhe für den langen Schulweg

Die Hilfsorganisation IFESH (International Foundation for Education & Self-Help) hat vor Kurzem 28 Paar Schulschuhe, im Wert von 3600 Namibia-Dollar, an das Orlindis- Place-of-Safety-Waisenhaus gespendet. Das Waisenhaus, das von Claudia Namesis seit vielen Jahren geführt wird, steht im Windhoeker Stadtteil Katutura. In ihm leben 34 Aidswaisen, das jüngste, mit drei Wochen, wurde erst wenige Tage vorher gebracht. IFESH unterstützt das Waisenhaus seit einiger Zeit. Doch jetzt sollen von der Stiftung regelmäßig notwendige Spenden fließen.
