Windhoek (kb) – Das staatliche Unternehmen NamPost hat heute in Windhoek zwei Sonderbriefmarken anlässlich des Jubiläums „100 Jahre Scouts in Namibia 1917-2017“ vorgestellt. Es handelt sich um einen Briefmarkenbogen (inklusive Marke mit dem Portowert für einen Inlandsbrief) sowie um einen Ersttagsbrief, der ein Informationsblatt über die Scout-Bewegung in diesem Land enthält. Ab morgen sind die Briefmarken, die von dem Künstler Helge Denker gestaltet wurden, in allen Postfilialen landesweit erhältlich. „Über all die Jahre hinweg haben die Scouts in Namibia und in der Welt Großartiges geleistet“, sagte die Geschäftsführerin für Handel bei NamPost, Tangeni Erkana. „Mit dieser Briefmarke haben wir einen neuen Botschafter für unser Land“, meinte sie stolz bei der Vorstellung.
