Zweiter Unfall war vermeidbar
Zum Beitrag „Horrorcrash reißt Fünf in den Tod“ (AZ, 27. Mai 2013) erreichte uns dieses Foto mit folgendem Text: „We drove past the scene at around 7h45 and although it was daylight, we could only see the scene of the accident once we were upon it. I am extremely grateful for our traffic department responding to those horrific scenes, I do however believe that the traffic driving towards the scene from both sides was not adequately warned. There were traffic signs to slow down, but they were not visible in the thick fog. Instead of parking the police vans next to accident, they should have been parked 350 m prior to the scenes in both directions with emergency lights flashing. One invisible officer with a small torch regulating the traffic in thick fog just was not adequate. The second collision may just have been avoided. Jens Schneider, Windhoek
