The match which saw both teams produce thrilling drama on the attack.
Arrows Ladies coach Salomon Nakale said he was pleased by the performance.
"I believe this is a good win for us and I am proud of how the girls played.
"It was a morale booster for us as a team, as it gives us a chance to work harder," Ekale said.
He added that his team has struggled with injuries and that is why they find themselves at the bottom half of the table.
"I can tell you now that we have to play without many of this players, which proved very difficult for us," Ekale added.
Meanwhile, Girls and Goals played without the presence of their coach on the day, but the likes of Jacky Gertze assisted the team.
"I must say it was not a good day for us as we found it difficult to break our opponents down.
"A number of our players are injured and our captain also arrived late due to school commitments.
"All we have to do now is go back to the drawing board and try to fix some of the hiccups," the team manager said.
