MTC netball premier league starts
The MTC Namibia Netball Premier league started on Saturday with intriguing action from the Israel Patrick Iyambo Police College.
On Saturday, Eleven Arrows proved too strong for Grootfontein after beating their opponents 37-32, while Afrocat Lions defeated Rebels 39-32 in other action.
Tigers NC began their campaign with a 62-26 victory over Northern Fly Ballers, while Namibia Correctional Service made easy work of Youngster with a 66-24 win over the northerners.
Nampol Netball Club and the Namibian Navy’s match was as tight as could be, with both teams showing determination from the start.
Nampol NC however had the final say with a 44-48 win over the navy side.
Mighty Gunners, on the othe, hand, trounced newcomers Blue Waters 71-19.
