Obergericht schützt vorerst Erindi

EPL-Vergabe entspricht nicht dem Kaufabkommen, das Hegegebiet zu erhalten

Vorerst darf die Besitzerin der exklusiven Bergbaulizenz, die das private Hegegebiet Erindi umfasst, weiterhin nicht den Wildpark betreten. Das Obergericht hat infolge eines Eilantrags seitens Erindi auch der Kommission für ergänzende Mineralrechte (MARC) die Hände gebunden. Als nächstes wird erst einmal der Antrag von Erindi angehört, der die Vergabe einer Explorationslizenz (EPL) an erster Stelle anficht.
