ReconAfrica folgt neuem Ansatz bei der Annäherung an Bevölkerung
Das kanadische Explorationsunternehmen ReconAfrica hat große Pläne und stützt sich dabei auf Genehmigungen, die der namibische Staat „ausstellen wird". Indessen versucht es die Zivilgesellschaft für seinen Zweck einzuspannen und schreckt nicht vor der Kontaktaufnahme mit südafrikanischen NGOs zurück. Daraus ergibt sich allerdings ein deutlicher Widerspruch.
